GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with art. 13 section 1-2 (data collected directly) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR – we would like to inform you that:
1. Personal Data Administrator
The administrator of your personal data is the entity:

2. Data Protection Officer
The Data Protection Officer functions and tasks are performed by the Personal Data Administrator.
3. Purposes and basics of processing
We will process your personal data in order to take action before the conclusion of the cooperation agreement and for its implementation (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). We will also process your data for the purpose of possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the implementation of our legally justified interest (basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR). We can also process your data by fulfilling the obligations imposed on us by the provisions of other acts (the basis for the processing of personal data will then be Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
4. Data storage period
We will process your personal data throughout the duration of the contract. In the event that the contract ends, we will process your personal data for the period during which claims related to this contract may be disclosed. This period is six years from the end of the year in which the contract terminated.
5. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you are entitled to:
a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;
c) the right to delete data, limit data processing;
d) right to data portability;
e) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
f) the right to object

6. Information on the requirement to provide data
Providing data is a condition for concluding the contract.
7. Data recipients
Please be advised that entities processing these data on our behalf will have access to your personal data within the meaning of art. 28 GDPR. These may be entities related to the company’s IT services, legal or financial services, as well as subcontractors operating under our orders.
8. Automated decision making
Please be advised that no automated decisions will be made regarding your data and the data will not be profiled.
